Since our founding in 1989, BIRDS has been working tirelessly to uplift vulnerable families and communities across rural Karnataka, especially focusing on marginalized groups such as landless laborers, small and marginal farmers, Scheduled Castes and Tribes (SC/STs), women, and the physically challenged. We believe in empowering individuals by providing opportunities for socio-economic development, sustainable agriculture, and livelihood training.
